Notes Things I swear by: Dannon Activa YogurtLadies, we’ve talked about how pregnancy keeps you from doing what “everyone” does. No worries; I’ve discovered the cure* for preggers constipation: Dannon Activa. For reals. It’s a miracle**.
*by “cure” I mean, it works for me, but you should talk to your doctor before just up and ingesting something you read about on some random gal’s blog. Obvs.
**and by “miracle” I mean, it makes you poop, it doesn’t make your abs look like the model on the container. Sadly.
